Dr. Rebecca Howell-Jones is Assistant Director Public Health in Birmingham City Council, where she leads on knowledge, evidence and governance.

She has worked across a range of public health organisations at local, national and international level. She has a keen interest in public health data and evidence and the close link between academic and service work.
