Gemma is a Senior Research Fellow for PHIRST South Bank, supporting the centre’s research and evaluation activities. She has a background in public health and qualitative research, with experience delivering applied, interdisciplinary research and evaluations across academic, local government, and third-sector settings.

Gemma is particularly interested in participatory approaches, community-led evaluation, and embedding lived experience throughout the research process.
